This week in team sports we will go over the rules and learn the game of speedball and begin to play the game by Thursday. We will be in this unit for 2 weeks




In weight training  the students will be taken into the weight room and begin their 1st week of weight lifting

Welcome back. I hope everyone had a chance to relax and spend time with family over the Thanksgiving break. We are starting a basketball unit for1st and 3rd block that will last until the Christmas break.
4th block weight training will continue to work out getting ready for their max test in a few weeks

This week the students will continue to play Speed ball in 1st and 3rd block. the 4th block students will start a new phase in there weight training class.

This week in Team Sports we will be starting a football unit. the students will learn to play two hand touch and razzle dazzle football along with some lead up games




In weight training, the students will perform a 1 rep max lift in the bench and squat
