I hope you had a wonderful first week of school. This week we will start to pick up the pace in my team sports and weight training classes, We will take our final assessment test on Monday and Tuesday we will also learn our dynamic warm-up and our static stretch. Review the history of volleyball, learn the skills needed to play and practice those skills then go into game play.


In weight training, we will take our assessment test on Monday and Tuesday go into the weight room and talk bout how to be safe and learn how to spot then crank up the lifting on Wednesday for the rest of the week
