In Team Sports this week, I will start each class by going through the roll having them dress and then we go through our dynamic warm up then our static stretch. I will have captains pick teams for round robin volleyball tournament this week with the other PE classes. This tournament will be used to place the top teams into bracket play for next weeks tournament.






In weight training, the students will begin a 9 week cycle that will consist of 3 phases.
1. The Base Phase for 3 weeks
2. The Development Phase for 3 weeks
3.  The Peak Phase for 3 weeks
At the end of the 9 week cycle, they will be retested on their lifts for growth
